Charge for B&B staff to travel to get any items during the event. Cost will be $30.00 per trip plus cost of products. Limit is 5 miles from B&B. (mandatory)
30 cars max in driveway/yard only. ABSOLUTELY NO ON-STREET PARKING (rt130 Broad St). THE SIGNER OF THIS CONTRACT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PREVENTING ATTENDEES FROM PARKING ON THE STREET AND IS RESPONSIBLE FOR MOVING INAPPROPRIATELY PARKED VEHICLES. Only the signer of this contract or their designee (not TPBNB staff) bears responsibility for finding vehicle owners/drivers to move vehicles. (mandatory)
Open flames prohibited everywhere inside the house and screen porch unless approved by TPBNB staff. (mandatory)
COI may required for companies or parties providing general liability with TPBNB as an additional insured.

Not only can we do weddings but we have held funerals and funeral services for a unique experience. Its a very unique expierience, a celebration of life for the one who passed. It also gets you out of the depressing funeral home and a better way to bring family together while grieving.
Our Great Room can accommodate up to 50 people for room rentals if your looking for rehersal dinner, baby or bridal shower. Look no more, Timber Post can bring the intamate look you are looking for. If the weather coorporates then the back yard can also be used for up to 100 guests. Tents can be set up if needed.
