-Outdoor Rental and cleaning charge plus tax for exterior of house (mandatory for outdoor events)


-Charge for B&B staff to travel to get any items during the event. Cost will be $30.00 per trip plus cost of products. Limit is 5 miles from B&B. (mandatory)

-Mandatory one room rental

- 30 cars max in driveway/yard only. ABSOLUTELY NO ON-STREET PARKING (rt130 Broad St). THE SIGNER OF THIS CONTRACT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PREVENTING ATTENDEES FROM PARKING ON THE STREET AND IS RESPONSIBLE FOR MOVING INAPPROPRIATELY PARKED VEHICLES. Only the signer of this contract or their designee (not TPBNB staff) bears responsibility for finding vehicle owners/drivers to move vehicles. (mandatory)

-Open flames prohibited everywhere inside the house and screen porch unless approved by TPBNB staff. (mandatory)


-COI may required for companies or parties providing general liability with TPBNB as an additional insured.

-Includes one night stay in the Blue or Red Room only for double occupancy-Green, Gray or Pink is additional cost.

Options

-4-hour event host or additional staff $400.00 and $75.00 per hour after. Host services include: replenishing supplies, cleaning during event, emptying trash during event, washing dishes during event, setup of extra tables & chairs before event. (optional)

-Charge for extras not supplied by guests before event. Customer must give innkeeper 24-hour notice before event start time. Includes extra coffee & tea, extra dinnerware, plastic and paperware, ice, food, or beverages. $50 per trip plus cost of products. Limit is 5 miles from B&B. (mandatory)


Destination Wedding/Event charge $5000.00 all inclusive wedding, includes whole house rental including use of B&B inside and outside for two nights for all rooms available. (Up to 50 guests)


I agree to the terms and conditions on the agreement stated above and will allow Timber Post Bed & Breakfast LLC. allow my credit card to be held but not charged unless breach in contract and my card charged only if there is anything damaged, missing or needs to be replaced during the event. All prices do not include meals and room tax.

Room rental charges are separate from the list above and does not include  room tax.

Not only can we do weddings, but we have held  funerals and funeral services for a unique experience. It's a very unique experience--a celebration of life for the one who passed. It also gets you out of the depressing funeral home and is a better way to bring family together while grieving.

Our Great Room can accommodate up to 30 people for inside room rentals if you're looking for your event. Look no more, Timber Post can bring the intimate look you are looking for. If the weather coorporates then the back yard can also be used for up to 50 guests. Tents can be set up if needed.
