Kitchen privileges but have some restrictions.  

Non-smokers ONLY. No heavy drinkers and no drugs.

You MUST BE clean, neat and quiet.  

Perfect for a temporary situation monthly but 6 months to a year preferred.  

First month's rent due on move in.  

$500.00 required and contract must be signed.

I live on site in the barn with my family and one small dog, I dont mind a small crated/house trained dog- NO other pets permitted.

(Hollis, NH is near Mass Border, near Nashua, Amherst, Brookline, Merrimack and Milford and within easy commuting distance to Bedford, Wilton, Manchester and northern Massachusetts)
